What the site collects

This site has no form, no customer account and no audience measurement tool. It asks for no data to be browsed.

The only data processed are the following:

• Your messages. If you write by email or via Instagram, we receive your name, your address and the content of your message. They are used only to reply to you, for example about a work or an exhibition. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or pre-contractual measures in the case of a purchase. Retention period: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Connection data. The host automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page viewed) to keep the site secure. They are kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

This site places no cookies or trackers on your device. That is why no consent banner is shown to you.

Third-party services

The fonts are hosted on the same server as the site: no data is sent to a third party when you visit. Links to Instagram take you off the site; Meta’s privacy policy then applies.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to Octogone Capital and the artist, to answer your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to artbyilyza@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
