What is prohibited

Any reproduction, display, modification, adaptation or distribution of these works, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the artist’s prior written permission. This applies in particular to printing, selling reproductions, publishing on another website or social network, commercial use and the training of artificial intelligence systems. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.122-4 and L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Buying a work

Buying an original canvas transfers ownership of the object, but not the reproduction rights, which remain with the artist (Article L.111-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code). Any transfer of rights requires a written agreement.
